Neil owns two Patent Pending Products that he has successfully brought from concept to the marketplace and understands the challenges that an Independent Inventor faces. Neil also brings to Ad-Gen 10 years of outstanding performance in Sales and Marketing for Fortune 500 companies Pfizer and Genzyme. Before coming to Ad-Gen in 2009, he completed his tenure in Healthcare by achieving the #1 Sales Ranking. This proven background in Sales, Marketing, and Invention Commercialization provides the unique skill set to assist individuals in bringing their inventions to market.

Kristen joined the Ad-Gen team in 2007 and excelled immediately at gaining rapport and developing important relationships in the fields of Housewares, Novelty/Gifts, and Lawn and Garden. Kristen came to Ad-Gen with a background in Retail Management, Advertising/Sales Promotions, Market Research, and Consumer Behavior. This background, combined with Kristen’s ability to establish and enhance client relationships, earned Kristen a promotion to Manager of the New Product Specialist team.

Bill joined Ad-Gen in 2004 and represents the Hardware and Building Material Industries. Prior to joining Ad-Gen, Bill worked in a family painting and wall covering business where he gained valuable knowledge and connections that he still uses today. This, along with over 10 years in outside sales for Canon USA and Paragon Foodservice, allows Bill to utilize his experience and relationships to deliver new products to this marketplace.

Gary has been working at Ad-Gen since 2008 and represents new products in the fields of Sporting Goods, Juvenile Merchandise, and Automotive Products. Gary brings 10 years of previous sales experience from several industries, including the sporting goods giant, Spalding Sports. Gary’s industry contacts and proven sales expertise distinguish him in representing new products to the leaders in these specialties.

Heather joined Ad-Gen in early 2008 and has quickly risen through the ranks to New Product Specialist in the Medical, Health and Beauty, Pet, and Apparel industries. Heather’s background in Paralegal studies provides her with the experience necessary to interview clients, draft documents, and to research industry and product information. Industry professionals are quickly impressed with her knowledge, infectious outgoing personality, and personal attention.

Carl received his degree in Specialized Technology in 2001. Since then he has created hundreds of photo-realistic virtual prototypes for new products. Mr. Soderholm is uniquely adept at bringing both the artistic and the technical aspects of the visual arts together. He has a passion for making products look as good as possible even if the product does not yet exist.

Dan joins the Ad-Gen team as the Communications Specialist with an emphasis on visual communications. As the founder of a marketing/graphic design company, Dan understands the important role that professional graphics play in an entrepreneur's ability to make a great first impression. Dan brings years of experience helping small businesses in various industries refine their image and effectively communicate their message, and this background gives a helpful jump-start to the marketability of inventors' product materials.
